Garage → Edit → Value & depreciation → Sold it, with the day and price (and what you paid, if it isn’t there yet). Its log and Stats stay. Its recall checks, renewals, maintenance due, fill-up check and Fuel economy drops stop, and so do its repeating payments, from the sale on.
